Delete your account in the app

Open STETTGO, go to Profile → Delete my account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete your account without the app

Email orders@stettynwines.co.za from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my STETTGO account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your app login and sessions, Sign in with Apple and Google links, saved app preferences (wine and communication preferences), favourites, notification settings and device tokens.

What is kept

Orders you placed, with the related customer details (name, email, phone, address and the date of birth you declared as proof of age for alcohol sales), are kept by Stettyn for tax, accounting and liquor-licence purposes. If you would also like your account on this website closed, please mention it in your email.
